This prayer book (seder tefilot) was printed in Amsterdam in 1696, and was aimed at Yiddish speaking Ashkenazi Jews (those associated with Germany, France, and other parts of northern and eastern Europe). The prayers are printed in Hebrew, but the instructions and title page are given in Yiddish. The prayers are drawn from the Psalms as well as other ancient traditions.
